FAQ

• After you have fitted your kitchen, we can only come out to do a template when all the base units are permanently in place
• If it is an existing kitchen, we can template over existing worktops.
• We do not remove existing worktops, plumb in sinks, nor install hobs etc
• The cutting of the material can begin when the base units are ready and usually, your surfaces will be installed within seven days.
• We have three teams of fitters, one of which will come and fit your worktops.
• During the installation, due to extreme weight and difficult handling of the material breakages do occasionally occur: Such pieces are re-cut and brought to the site as a matter of high priority.
• Granite will withstand extreme temperatures hot and cold as well as being resistant to most liquids. Light coloured granites can be stained by strongly coloured substances such as red wine and blackcurrant juice. In order to minimise the effect of daily use all granite worktops supplied by Romany are treated during manufacturing with a sealant, general maintenance.
• Yes, we also provide bespoke granite worktops for bars, tiles, staircases, fireplaces and stone flooring!
